High-Quality Samples for Approval & Testing
At HESSON, we believe every collection deserves precision before it reaches production. That’s why our Sample Development service ensures your garments are tested for fabric quality, stitching accuracy, sizing, and durability before mass production.
Whether you’re building a line of Activewear, Streetwear, Teamwear, or Workwear, our expert pattern makers and production team work with your design draft, Tech Pack, or even reference clothing to produce professional pre-production samples that bring your vision to life.
What’s Included in Our Sample Development Service
- Pre-production samples tailored to your specifications
- Multiple fabric and fit variations for testing
- Quality assurance checks before bulk orders
- Pattern making and garment construction based on your design
How We Make Your Samples
01. Project Discussion
We begin by discussing your concept, advising on the best methods of fabrication, stitching, and embellishments. If needed, we refine your Tech Pack to align with your design goals.
02. Fabrics & Trims Sourcing
We source from a wide range of fabrics, trims, fasteners, zippers, and buttons. Custom dyeing,
printing, embroidery, and finishing options are also available.
03. Pattern & Sewing
Our skilled pattern makers and sewing team develop your first physical garment sample. Every
detail — seams, stitching, cuts, and accessories — is carefully executed and corrected where
needed.
04. Quality Check (QC)
Each sample goes through strict quality inspection for accuracy in sizing, stitching durability, and
overall finish. We also share images and videos of your sample before shipping and make adjustments if required.
